Bob Sell

Owner - President - Service Manager - All of the Above.

Bob started riding snowmobiles in the fall of 1964.
Bob worked at his fathers business W.E.Sell
Sporting Goods in Hanover from the early 70's, where
his father sold snowmobiles and boats. This is where his
passion started for snowmobiling and boating.

"I feel very fortunate that I grew up with the start of
the sport and watched it grow to the degree it is today".

Bob opened F&S Yamaha and Marine, Inc. in August 1987 with Terry Frock after working for a local
Yamaha dealer for several years. The dealer was retiring, so they purchased the inventory and Tooling.
(For those who were always curious to know - the name 'F&S' - stands for Frock & Sell).

"Even now 20 years later, one thing stays with me - Giving the same quality service after the sale."

Bob was involved in grass dragged sleds through the early 90's, and started Vintage Oval Sled Racing
in 2001, with his high-light coming in 2003 with a class win at Eagle River WI World Championship Race.

Bob has had many years of intensive training in Evinrude, Johnson and Yamaha Outboards,
as well as with Yamaha Snowmobiles.

Andy Sell

Andy fills in all the gaps.

Taking leadership of the Parts & Accessories Department. Andy is in charge of all the great deals and selections for
both the boating and snowmobile seasons. Andy is a
Certified Technician with all factory training in servicing
of every product F&S sells, and is fully qualified in sales.

Andy has been around performance all his life. As an early
teen, he started racing Yamaha sleds in grass drags for the
F&S race team with Bob and Barry. By the late 90's, he was
a Yamaha Factory Racer, winning events all over the east
coast as well as in the mid-west.

In the mid 1990's F&S also sold and raced Sea Swirl Jet Boats. With Andy at the helm in 1996, F&S won a
national championship in Chicago. Over the last 8 years, Andy races motorcycles to keep his competitive edge.

Andy is the 'go to' guy at the dealership for all the latest performance knowledge of sleds (over the years
becoming great friends with the Yamaha sled performance people from all over the industry). Chances are
if there is anything that can improve your Yamaha snowmobile, Andy has tested it on one of F&S's demo's.
He also tries to stay on top of all current boating accessories knowledge including Minn Kota trolling motors
and Humminbird fish finders.

Andy's objective: "We strive to only partner ourselves with the highest quality
and best servicing companies for every product we offer and sell to our customers."

Tim Wilt

The newest member of the F&S Team.

Tim is the new face here at F&S, coming onboard to the sales department in the summer of 2008 after the
retirement of Terry Frock.

Tim may be new to F&S, but he has a well-rounded
background in the motorsports business. He comes
from a longtime family owned motorcycle business
in the Hanover area.

Tim grew up with both snowmobiles and boats in his
background, along with several Yamaha motorcycles
he currently owns.

Tim will be happy to review your boating or
snowmobile needs.

Barry Hesson

Senior Technician.

Barry has been around performance all his life,with an
extensive motorsports background. Barry has been
on the F&S Team for over 18 years, and has over 30
years experience in sales, service and management
in the motorcycle, snowmobile and boating industry's.

Barry says he's been "Riding - Racing and Wrenching"
on motorcycles and snowmobiles for 38 years. (OUCH!)

In 2001 Barry competed in the Pro Vantage World
Championships at Eagle River WI, winning in 2 classes.

Bob Hamm

Bob has been with us for 7 years. Bob says he's been
boating and snowmobiling "since I was a little kid". You'll
know Bob's serious about his sports when you take a look
at his toys - he has 2 Yamaha snowmobiles and 3 boats!

Bob is Yamaha 5-Star Certified and attends Yamaha's
update seminars every year without fail.

Bob was recently married in 2008.
(let's see how long he keeps all those toys!)

Scott Helwig

Scott brings a lot to the F&S team
as an active snowmobiler and hunter.
Scott comes from an extensive and almost decade
long mechanical background, having spent five years at
a local Dodge dealership, along with his four years
with the F&S Team.

Scott has competed numerous outboard and
snowmobile training courses.

Scott rides several Yamaha sleds - currently owning an
'06 Apex GT, and '05 RX-1, and a 1978 SRX Oval Racer.

Frank Cornbower

What can you say about Frank?

Frank has been on the staff for over 20 years.
He assembles all the snowmobiles, and
install slides & mats on all the snowmobile trailers,
as well as builds boat trailers in the summer months.

Frank is a very active rider and enjoys riding
Yamaha snowmobiles.
